It is located in Sultan Mesut street in Ferhuniye neighbourhood of Selçuklu district. The former structure located within the fair ground was abandoned and burnt down during the expropriation of the territory. The east-west oriented rectangular structure with pitched roof is a modern construction. The four-line inscription in Ottoman Turkishoverthedoorwayontheeastfaçadestatesthatthoseburied therein are “wife and daughter of Kay Qawus, son of Kay Husraw, of the Seljuk dynasty, and their wet nurse”, and also that the tomb was originally built in AH 700 but renovated in 1325 of Rumi calendar by Pashazade Ibrahim Bey, the accountant of the Pious Foundations, and the trustees. Thus, it is understood that the tomb was built in 1300/01 and renovated in 1909/10. In a cartouche at the end of the third line gives the name Chief Architect Süleyman.
It is known from the waqfiyya in Arabic prepared on 27 August 1301 that Fatma Hatun mentioned above was the daughter of Sultan Izz al-Din Kay Qawus II and that she endowed her entire house at the place known as Şifahane among vineyards to the tomb of her wet nurse
