Partridge Dane / Peppered Peppered-Firik Pilaf


1 partridge
6 cups water
1 onion
1 tea spoon salt
For wiping on partridge:
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
For Tray:
1 tablespoon of clarified buttersadayag
1 cup of boiling water of partridge
1 measure Peppered Dane 


Clean the partridge. Put it in a large pot  with water and onion as to cover the partridge. Boil until soften, add salt, after five minutes take it from fire. Put yoghurt and oil, into yoghurt and rub over and put on oven baking tray.

Cook the stewed dane with boiling water of the partridge. Take the pilaf on the plate and place the partridge on it, take it to the table.
