Water to cover the duck
1 onion (picked)
1 tea spoon salt
For wiping:
2 onions (see: Partridge Kebab)
1 sweet spoon cumin
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon salt
½ cups filtered yogurt
1 tablespoon Clarified butter or butter
For the oven:
2 glass of water from duck boiling water
