250 gr lamb or mutton
1 onion (cooked chopped)
1 meal spoon tail oil
1 tablespoon clarified butter
500 gr turnip
3 cup drinking water (hot)
1 tablespoon sirloin or vinegar
1 tea spoon salt

Tarif

Wash the meat and put in the pot. Fry till the water reduces. Add the onion oil and fry till the onions get yellow.
Whie the meat is roasted, shell the turnips, chop in ring form, wash, sieve, add the roasted meat. Add Water, grape water or vinegar, salt, cover the lid.  When it starts to boil, take it to light fire. Cook for about 1 hour. Arrange the plate and serve.
