Rice Dane / Rice Pilaf


for 4 people
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
2 cups of rice
1 tablespoon salt + 2 glass of warm water (to soak rice)
2.5 cups of broth or chicken broth
1 sweet spoon salt
½ glass of water


Clean the rice, add water as to cover the top of rice and wait until the water cools down in a container, wash until the water is clear, sieve. Add broth, , salt cove, rice and  cover lid. After its start to boil, cook for 3 minutes in heavy heat and 3 minutes in medium heat and 10 minutes in low heat. Fry oil in the pan and add. Cover with greasy paper and cover the lid, rest for 20 minutes in very light heat (you can use the heat reducer).
