8 quails
For spilling:
2 onions juice (see: Partridge Kebab)
1 sweet spoon cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 tea spoon salt
½ cups filtered yogurt
1 tablespoon clarified butter or butter
For Oven Tray:
2 cups water

Tarif

Add the onion juice (Bk: Partridge Sludge), then add the yoghurt, oil mixture and add to the oven tray. Add the water and cook for about 1 hour in a 180 degree oven until the quails are cooked and become red.
