½ cup butter (melted,free of salt)
1 glass of flour
¼ cup water
1 water glass pekmez
Fry the flour in butter till it gets brown. Boil the water in a separate bowl, stir the Pekmez. Take the roasted mixture from the fire and pour the pekmez, stir again in the fire, mix until it does not stick to the pot, rest for 15 minutes, serve.
