Kirde/Girde Bread /Flat Bread

6 flatbreads

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
6 water glass flour (second quality)
2 tablespoons üretme (See: Tandoor Bread?)
¼ tea powder sugar
2 tablespoon warm water
2 cups warm water
1 sweet spoon salt


Tarif

Sift the flour, place sugar, üretme and water in the middle, Take the flour and bring it to the consistency of boza,  sprinkle the salt around. When the cracks occur, knead a hard dough. Keep 1 hour. Make six flatbreads and bake on sheet.

It is easy to understand the flatbread which is in tradition of Anatolia, is kirde/girde. The oily flatbread is called as the pancake in the capital Konya. "If oil exists and there is a pancake, and it oil does not exist, it becomes flatbread." Mehmet Yusufoglulso mentioned this issue in his article titled "Bazlama Bazlamaç"
