Cooking Time: 60-80 minutes
1 goat or sheep head
10 water glass of water
1 onion
1 tea spoon salt
For oven
2 tablespoons clarified butter
1 glass of boiling water of the head (hot)
Tarif
Clean the head as it is given in figure (See: Head), put in the pot with water, boil. Take the foam, put the onion, boil until head cook, add salt, cook for five minutes. Also put the oil and water in the oven. Bake till it fries.
