Sour Spinach

½ kg spinach
250 gr sheep meat (chopped between knives)

Clean spinach, wash it, and sieve. Put the meat in the pot, roast until the water is released. Add the oil, onion and sauté the onions. Add the water, soften the meat and cook for about 30-40 minutes. Add spinach, salt, bulgur or rice, add meat, cover the lid, lightly cook 10-15 minutes more.
