½ kg sheep meat
To roast:
250 gr mangrove or tail fat
Together:
Buttermilk
Sumac and onion

Clean the nerves of the meat, divide the meats in the size of egg, beat them in half an inch.
Put the fat in the pan, add the meat. Flip the one side 3-4 minutes, turn the other side, fry. Place it in plate and serve.
