For Meatballs:
500 gr sheep grounded meat (knife minced beaten or machine pulled)
1 cup of bread crumbs (crumbled)
1 large onion (very finely chopped)
1 egg
1 sweet spoon black pepper
1 tea spoon cumin
1 sweet spoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon salt
To fry the meatballs:
1 tablespoons flour
1 glass of oil

Sumac and Onion
Put the grounded meat, bread, onions and parsley in a bowl. Knit eggs, add spice, salt and knead for ten minutes. Prepare the meatballs in the size and thickness of the index finger. Fry the oil, pour flour on a tray. Fry the meatballs by mixing with flour. Serve with sumac and onion.
The meatball which is mentioned in epics of Arifs, is a delicious dish served with sumac and onion. The meatballs were probably made with very fine knives, shredded or battered meat.
