Meat Tirid

1/2 kg sheep meat with bones
5 cups water
1 tea spoon salt
 3 tandoor bread (chopped)
4 onions (finely chopped ring)
1 sweet spoon salt (for rubbing onion)
1 sweet spoon sumac
1 cup of mint (chopped)

Tarif

Wash the meat and put it on fire. When boiling begins, take the foam that has accumulated on top, cover  the lid and cook the meat for about 60-70 minutes until it dissolves. Add salt, take it from fire after five minutes. Put your bread on the tray. Mix the onion with salt for two minutes, rub it with the palm of your hand, wash thoroughly, sprinkle sumac on the bread. Split the bones of the meat, sprinkle over the breads, arrange the mint around the plate, take the meat to the table.
