250 gr lamb or sheep liver (chopped)
250 gr Tail (chopped)
Together:
Buttermilk 
Sumac and onion salad 

Tarif

Sipt the livers as to be two livers and one tail. Turn the side of the barbecue over 10 cm for 3 to 4 minutes, then cook the other side. Take the livers to a pre-heated plate and serve with buttermilk and sumac onion.
