Lentil (with bulgur)

1 cup lentil (wetted 8 hours before)
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1 sweet spoon tail fat
2 onions (edible chopped)
1 cup of chopped roast
5 cups of broth
 
 
½ cups bulgur
1 sweet spoon black pepper
1 sweet spoon cumin
1 tea spoon salt

Tarif

Wet the lentil in potable water from evening. At the morning, add water, boil for about 15-20 minutes until lentil gets semi-soft, sieve the water.
Put the onions in the saucepan, sauté the onions, and turn the sauce over. Pour hot broth, add half boiled lentils, add salt. When it starts to boil, add bulgur. Add radish, cumin and cook for 20-30 minutes more.
