Duck Dane / Duck Bulgur Pilaf


1 duck
10 cups water
1 onion
1 tea spoon salt
for wiping :
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
For Tray:
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1 glass of water from boiling water
2 measures Bulgur Dane (see: Bulgur dane)


Clean the duck. Put it in a large pot  with water and onion as to cover the duck. Boil until soften, add salt, after five minutes take it from fire. Put yoghurt and oil, into yoghurt and rub over and put on oven baking tray.

Cook the stewed dane with boiling water of the duck. Take the pilaf on the plate and place the duck on it, take it to the table
