Dane with Bulgur and Turkey / Turkey Bulgur Pilaf


1 turkey
10 cups water
1 onion
1 tea spoon salt
For wiping on Turkey
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
For Tray:
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1 cup of boiled water of Turkey
2 measures Bulgur Dane (See: Bulgur Dane)


Clean the turkey. Put it in a pot with oil and onion and add water enough to cover it. Boil it until it softens, salt it, and after five minutes take it from the fire. Wipe the yoghurt and the oil on Turkey and put into the oven tray.
Cook the bulgur dane with turkey water. Place on plate, place the grilled turkey on top, take it to the table.
