Chicken Dane / Chicken Rice Pilaf


1 chicken
6-7 water glass of water
1 onion
1 tea spoon salt
To wipe on chicken:
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
For Tray:
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1 glass of boiling water
2 measures of Rice Dane (see: Rice dane)


Clean the chicken. Put it in a large pot  with water and onion as to cover the chicken. Boil until soften, add salt, after five minutes take it from fire. Put yoghurt and oil, into yoghurt and rub over and put on oven baking tray.

Cook the rice dane with boiling water of the chicken. Take the pilaf on the plate and place the chicken on it, take it to the table.
