Carrots with Pekmez

Cooking Time: 50-60 minutes
½ kg carrots
2 cups water
2 tablespoon sardines or butter
2 tablespoon rice
1 water glass of sugar or grape Pekmez

Tarif

Peel the shells, take out the seed beds, wash, slice and chop. Put water, cover it. Lightly cook for about 25-30 minutes until softened. Add oil and rice, after 15-20 minutes pour the pekmez or sugar when rice cooks. After 5-10 minutes, take it from the fire. Rest in the pot for 10 minutes. Arrange the plate and serve hot.
