1 sweet spoon salt
1 water glass clarified butter (to fry)
½ cups of flour

Tarif

Clean and wash the fish scales and the inside, and cut into the pieces. Add salt sieve it. Sieve the fish in the frying pan, mix the fish with flour and put in hot oil, fry both sides, serve withsalad and pickles.
