Cabbage Soup

½ cup forage (wetted 8 hours before)
¼ cup chickpeas (wetted 8 hours before)
5 cups of broth
1 tablespoon clarified butter
1 tablespoon tail fat
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoon ground beef
200 gr cabbage (finely chopped)
1 tea spoon salt

Dauce:
2 cloves garlic
1 tea spoon salt
½ cup of vinegar

Tarif

Boil the chickpea until the meat is softened with broth. If the water is low, add hot broth for completing to the five cups. Fry the onion, add the cabbage and ground meat and add to the broth with chickpeas. Boil and add salt and boil for 5 minutes more. Take it to the table with sauce.
